Intention
Nothing here is accidental. Every line, deliberate.
Nothing,
by accident.
Intention is the refusal of the arbitrary. Every choice — the lift, the meal, the word, the line — is made on purpose, for a reason that can be named. Nothing here is accidental.
Motion is easy; direction is not. To train with intention is to know why, not just what — to spend effort where it counts and nowhere it does not. Deliberate, always.
How it shows up.
—Know why, not just what
Every set, every meal, every rule should answer to a reason you can state plainly.
Spend effort on purpose
Energy is finite. Direct it at what moves the needle and refuse the rest.
Nothing arbitrary
If a thing cannot justify its place, it does not earn one. Deliberation over default.
