This Refund Policy explains the terms under which VYSN Fitness ("VYSN," "we," "us," or "our") offers refunds for purchases made through vysnfitness.com and our related services. By purchasing any VYSN product or service, you agree to this Policy.


1. Free Programs & Resources

Many VYSN training systems, nutrition guides, and downloadable resources are provided free of charge in exchange for your email address. As no payment is taken, no refund applies. You may unsubscribe at any time.


2. Digital Products & Downloads

Paid digital products — including training programs, nutrition systems, guides, courses, and downloadable files — are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

We will, however, consider a refund where:

  • You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same product;
  • The product is faulty, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, and we are unable to resolve the issue;
  • You have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Coaching & Personalised Services

For coaching, form review, and other personalised services (including Private Counsel and The Inner Circle):

  • You may request a full refund before any session has taken place or any personalised plan has been delivered;
  • Once coaching has commenced or a personalised plan has been delivered, fees are non-refundable, except for unused, pre-paid sessions, which may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion;
  • Subscriptions or recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@vysnfitness.com within the applicable window and include:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address used at purchase;
  • Your order number;
  • The reason for your request.

We aim to review all refund requests within 5–7 business days and will notify you of the outcome by email.


5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Any unavoidable transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.


6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and, in cases of misuse, may result in suspension of access to VYSN products and services.


7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Where mandatory local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
